Ice Kacang
Whenever my spouse and I are not watching our weight, we will have this heavy syrupy dessert with corn, atap chee, red beans, green jelly and cut jelly. The greatest experience is waiting for its arrival in deep anticipation and eagerness, which we will be rewarded instantly when it arrives. In its age old fashion, it arrives in a mountain of colourful ice shavings.
