I am just in awe with how ingenius we are, coming with nicer desserts every time. For the ice jelly, I am cure of my parched throat all the time just slurping on the gelatin jelly mixed with freshly squeezed lime juice in sugar cane syrup. And what cures my longing heart is having this with my dear dear wife at home.
