Cheng Teng or Clearing Soup



Counting , identifying and knowing the ingredients is already a sumptuous and nutritious treat for me. They include: barley, white fungus, dried longan, black wool, lotus, soft pearl sago just to name those I know. And what i get in the brown soup is a cool and smoothly sweet dessert that I certainly will only share with my only love, my wife.
